Clinton Campbell, CISSP is founder, principal consultant, and instructor for Quirktree. He has more than 16 years of experience in cybersecurity and privacy as well as 8 years of academic and professional experience in mental health. Upon completion of an MS in Computer Science from the University of Tulsa’s Center for Information Security, Clinton joined the National Security Agency’s Information Assurance Directorate where he spent several years digging for weaknesses in cryptographic systems. Over the years, his perspective on cybersecurity has evolved through various technical and leadership responsibilities in the security domain. Oddly enough, Clinton says that his work as a psychotherapist has played an equal if not greater role in shaping his approach to the industry’s most difficult challenges.

Clinton’s current focus is on growing the Quirktree team to provide affordable, high quality support and services to businesses, non-profits, and public entities. He currently serves as adjunct faculty for the University of Washington iSchool where he has taught Enterprise Risk Management and Introduction to Database Systems.

Rachel Bio

Rachel Petillo is on our content creation team who helps create the videos you see on Quirktree’s thinkific website. She believes that the information we deal with every day is quite boring. That being said, the information is incredibly important. She wants to find more ways to help make this topic a little more entertaining and digestible. What good does training do if you're so painfully bored that you don’t retain it?

Rachel studied Film and Video Production at Oklahoma City Community College and was placed on the President’s Honor Roll for maintaining a 4.0 GPA. She left OCCC right at the end of her second year to work for film director Francis Ford Coppola at his winery in California. She assisted him for 2.5 years before returning back to Oklahoma where she briefly worked on local productions. Her experience helps push our videos a bit more towards the “entertaining” side of the spectrum and we aim to strike a balance between value and entertainment/retention. Rachel is currently studying the more technical side of what we do since joining our team 3 years ago.

Greg Lamb is a Principal Engineer at Quirktree with two decades in software delivery. He got his start in broadband as a software engineer embedded in a network engineering team, building the systems that provisioned and monitored data and phone services. That seat gave him a working view of the entire stack, wire to software, and since then he has held nearly every role, from hands-on development to engineering leadership. As a consultant, he spent years turning legacy systems into cloud-native platforms. Some of it was healthcare work, some for Fortune 100 companies, plenty for organizations nowhere near that size. He does his best work when the path isn't obvious, whether that means leading the effort or stepping in wherever a project needs him.

Greg's current interest lies in how teams can adopt AI across the software development lifecycle without adding risk or inconsistency to how they deliver. He mentors the engineers and leaders he works with and takes that as seriously as the systems they build. Outside of work, Greg lives in the Seattle area with his family and is dad to two boys.
